This is a brand-new role created to support the Payroll Manager as the business continues its expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of payroll and pensions while staying up to date with legislative changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Manage payroll data entry, adjustments, and reconciliations.
Support pension processing, including contributions and compliance requirements.
Stay informed on legislation changes, ensuring payroll remains compliant.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing payroll-related queries.
Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in payroll administration, ideally within a growing business.
Strong understanding of payroll and pension processes.
Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with different departments and external providers.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to support a dynamic team.
