We are recruiting on behalf of a local company in search of a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/Team Leader to support the overall team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to expand their skill set with diverse responsibilities in HR, office management, and IT.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
* Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
* Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
* Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functioning.
* Coordinate office events and meetings.
Requirements:
* Have excellent IT skills (especially Excel) and be able to solve general IT issues.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting.
* Experience in HR and office management.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
