Client Services Coordinator

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding client service? We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support our team in managing client interactions, processing quotations, and ensuring smooth operations.

About the Role as Client Services Coordinator:

As part of the Client Services team, you’ll play a key role in processing client instructions, planning work schedules, and liaising with clients to ensure a seamless experience. You’ll also assist with marketing initiatives, maintain accurate database records, and support the wider team in achieving business objectives.

Offering a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 – working fully on site based in Colchester.

Key Responsibilities as Client Services Coordinator:

* Producing and processing client quotations and instructions accurately and in line with company service level agreements

* Communicating with clients via phone and email, promoting services, and arranging appointments

* Coordinating client access and scheduling work for Advisors and Surveyors in a cost-effective manner

* Keeping client records up to date within the company’s electronic database

* Supporting marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company’s profile

* Assisting other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations across teams

* Delivering a high standard of customer service and support

* Managing email inboxes efficiently to maintain compliance with SLAs

* Supporting key projects and additional administrative tasks as directed by the Process Manager

* Meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines set by management

Requirements as a Client Services Coordinator:

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Strong communication and client relationship skills

* A proactive and problem-solving approach

* Experience in client services, administration, or a similar role

* Confidence in handling multiple tasks and working collaboratively within a team

* Familiarity with database management and Microsoft Office applications
