Hours : rotating :9am-5pm 9:30am-5:30pm 10am-6pm. One in four Saturdays 9am-5pm, although this will be reducing to 9am-1pm from April 2025

We’re now looking for an experienced Collections Advisor to join our dynamic team and play a key role in helping our customers get back on track.

The Role
As a Collections Advisor within our regulated collections environment, you’ll handle a variety of customer servicing queries, offering tailored solutions to support customers facing financial hardship. Your ability to understand individual circumstances and provide fair, appropriate outcomes will be crucial, while consistently achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing inbound and outbound customer contacts, addressing collections queries and providing solutions to support customers in financial difficulty.

* Applying your knowledge of regulated collections to ensure every conversation is compliant and customer-centric.

* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.

* Delivering exceptional service, balancing empathy with firm action when required.

* Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in a regulated collections environment (essential).

* Ideally, experience within motor finance or a related financial services industry.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

* A proactive, solution-focused mindset.

* Comfortable working towards performance and compliance targets.

* Experience working in a hybrid or remote setting would be beneficial.
