What You'll Do:

* Lead Production: Oversee and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

* Safety First: Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations, safeguarding yourself and your team.

* Quality Control: Monitor production lines to maintain the highest standards of quality in every product we make.

* Team Supervision: Train and supervise production staff, ensuring everyone is working at their best.

* Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot mechanical issues swiftly, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

* Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate production records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience: Previous experience in uPVC and Aluminium window and door manufacturing is essential.

* Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.

* Skills: Basic maths for inventory management and mechanical know-how to address equipment issues.
