Air & Road Freight Account Manager - London Heathrow

My client is looking to add to their ever-growing team and are looking for an Experienced Air & Road Freight Account Manager  

Job Role

The role will consist of assisting both the road / air freight team , maintaining relationships with current clients. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage key clients shipments, from quoting, booking, collecting, delivery and customs paperwork
Manage your portfolio of work
Regular contacting clients via team calls 
Upsell to current clients
Maintain a high level of customer service     

Skills & Experience 

Must be from a freight forwarding background specializing in air & road 
Experience of Cargowise/Sequoia/CDS
A high level of custom service 
Team player 
Ability to cope and work under pressure
