Boden Group are working with a brilliant organisation who specialise in Facilities Management. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team and truly be part of something special. Whether you have already worked in a larger FM company or smaller, they are open to proactive people who are really looking to help grow the business. 

Coverage - National
Salary Basic - £40k to 55k dependent on experience and what they bring to the table
Car allowance of 5k plus fuel expenses
All business expenses covered ( pre-agreed yearly budget)
One day on the office a week ( London or Manchester)
Bonus Over 12 month period and based on 20% profit margins -       500k = 15k bonus .500k to 750k = 20k bonus. 750k to 1m = 25k - over 1m = 30k bonus 
Expected to come in and bring in new business quickly
