Preferred Requirements:

* Auto-electrical experience or an interest/passion for cars or the automotive industry.

* Ability to follow build instructions, take notes, and crimp automotive connections.

* Interest in vehicles and good practical skills.

* Basic tool set for the role and willingness to undergo training for conversion processes.

* Desire to excel in a hands-on role and contribute to the successful conversion of vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Proven automotive electrical experience.

* Relevant vocational training or certification.

* Any additional training or certification in vehicle fitting or automotive technology.
