Are you an ambitious Engineering Administrator or Facilities Contract Support Administrator looking to work for an prestigious Property Management company for a beautiful building located close to Liverpool Street/ Fenchurch Street- This role is Client Direct and offers a fantastic package and an opportunity for progression and growth.
This is an office based role- Full time 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties
Manage the administrative function to support the engineering Team and delivery for the Building
Providing Administrative Functions to the Engineering Team
Provifing an excellent Service to the Tenants and occupiers of the building
Service Desk Operation and General Team Administration
Scheduling Engineers and repairs for both in house and External resources
Develop and Maintain Management Processes to support cost Management
Financial and Engineering Administration
PPMS, Raising Invoices and WIP
Budget Reports and Financial Statements
Managing Absences, Timesheets, Holiday Requests
Arranging Property Visits to the Building and Diary Management
Periodic Monthly Engineer Reporting
Procurement
Represent the Engineering Team to Building Tenants in a higly professional manner
Liaise with the Finance and HR Teams
Assist with Administration for the whole Portfolio
Updating Risk Reports
