Crediton, Full-time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours per week), Salary is competitive, based on experience.

We are excited to be working with a well-established, family-run business in Crediton who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small, friendly team.
As Customer Service Administrator you will be:
Efficiently handle incoming calls and customer service inquiries, providing excellent Customer service
Accurately process customer orders and resolve pricing queries
Provide administrative support to both the sales team and office colleagues
Use or Customer management system for order processing
