Location: Head Office in Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid options available)
Salary/Rate: £11.80ph
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, managing both sales and service inquiries.
Process service requests within the client's applications system.
Generate sales by identifying customer needs and creating excitement about our offerings.
Modify, cancel, or confirm bookings as required.
Upsell additional products, services, and extended stays.
Key Competencies:
Fluent in Dutch.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to meet performance targets.
Natural sales ability with a customer-centric mindset.
Previous experience in customer service or sales.
