Miller Grace are working on behalf of a highly regarded multi service law firm in St. Helens who are actively looking to recruit a Family Paralegal to join their team. The role will involve a variety of work within both Public and Private law assisting throughout both.

The successful candidate will be joining a close knit team of 5 staff in the department made up for 3 solicitors and 2 paralegals. They can offer an excellent working culture, great benefits and true progression with a number of their current qualified solicitors joining the firm at paralegal level.

The role will involve:

* Assisting throughout the entire team on both public and private law matters

* Drafting various documents including applications and statements

* Liaising with and instructing Counsel

* Correspondence with clients

* General administrative duties

The ideal candidate with have at least 6 month experience working within in family law at paralegal or assistant level, work well within a team, be proficient with Microsoft packages and have a friendly and enthusiastic approach. Proclaim experience is desirable but not essential.
