Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Middlesbrough

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced cover supervisor. As a cover supervisor it is essential that you are able to manage a classroom of students and confidently handle any challenging behaviour. The successful cover supervisor will have the ability to deliver a lesson plan and ensure the students complete work set out by the teacher. It is key as a cover supervisor that you can engage with Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 students, offering additional support where required.

A successful Cover Supervisor will have:

Degree in education (desirable)
Behavioural management experience
Classroom management experience
Clear understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
