- Manage and coordinate a team of Resident Services Associates to provide a world-class customer service experience- Oversee the financial performance of your community, ensuring targets are met through effective budgetary control- Lead and develop your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

Preferred Requirements:

Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to navigate complex tenancy and compliance requirements
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively manage complaints and resolve resident issues
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and optimize rental performance
Effective leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Proficient in the use of selected IT and data systems to support compliance, end-of-tenancy, and property management tasks Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant property management or customer service qualifications
Experience in the residential property sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's best practices and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
