Customer Service Advisor

A great opportunity to join a UK-based insurance brokerage and risk management provider specializing in tailored insurance solutions for both commercial and personal clients. They offer a range of products including motor and household insurance.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure Personal Insurances are placed

* Work closely with Appointed Representatives, Account Executives, and the client directly where required

* Ensure clients receive full professional advice

* Manage renewal quotes

* Deal with mid-term alterations and changes

* Manage the reporting and handling of claims

Required skills:

* Personal lines insurance experience

* Good communication skills

* Cert CII preferable

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
Location: Hybrid working – 3 days in office based in Leeds
