We are searching for an interim CRM Specialist to join a globally recognised brand within the lifestyle and travel sector. The successful candidate should have experience working on delivering CRM campaigns and content; with excellent stakeholder management experience and enthusiasm. This is a 3 Month contract which could extend and the successful candidate would need to be able to travel to West Sussex 1 or 2 days per week.

Description

The successful CRM Specialist will be responsible for:

Designing and implementing CRM strategies to promote customer engagement and loyalty.
Analysing customer data to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaign strategies.
Monitoring the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and making necessary adjustments.Profile

The successful CRM Specialist should have the following expertise:

Proven experience in a CRM role with exceptional stakeholder management experience.
Strong knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner.
