Role – Planning Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established business in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical arena

Responsibilities

* Developing the contract programme including design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

* Developing tenders and validation

* Engage with supply chain to develop design, construction, plant and labour requirement

* Operate under various contract terms including NEC

* Maintain an excellent standard of administration through CDE

Experience and Background

* Proven track record of delivering on construction engineering projects as a lead project planner or planning manager

* Pharmaceutical, Laboratory or Life Sciences experience

* Extensive knowledge of legal frameworks within both the UK and EU

* Asta Power Projects and Primavera P6

* Advanced contract management expertise
