We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join a growing business based in Eye. In this role, you will work on maintaining and optimising ERP systems, delivering first-line support, and providing key business insights through process automation, system integration, and reporting.

This is a hybrid role, offering some flexiblity for working from home and the office in Eye. 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for ERP system users.
Develop and maintain key reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Assist in business projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Support system changes and business process improvements.Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
Any knowledge of Python, C#, and MS SQL hugely beneficial
