You will play a pivotal role in proactively identifying, developing, and securing new business with both existing and prospective clients across London and the South-East while contributing to the long-term growth strategy of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security services sector, targeting both static and mobile security personnel services.

Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to ensure continued growth, building long-term relationships with clients.
*
Pipeline Management: Leverage existing leads while generating new ones through networking, cold calling, and client engagement to achieve sales targets.
*
Client Relationship Management: Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, both face-to-face and digitally, ensuring ongoing business development.
*
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed financial sales targets across both new and existing clients.
*
Collaboration: Work closely with the wider business to negotiate and close sales opportunities, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Networking & Industry Engagement: Attend trade events and actively seek out networking opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends and drivers.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a sales professional with a strong background in selling security guarding services (static and/or mobile). The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator, with the ability to sell concepts and ideas effectively, gaining commitment from prospective clients.
