The Role – Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support young students aged 11 – 17 in developing vital life skills, with the aim of aiding their progress into further education. A Learning Support Assistant would ideally have a background working with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or experience in a SEN environment. A background in tutoring or mentoring is also valued, to help guide student through their GCSE’s.
