Long standing LEV outfit with an office base in Yorkshire and client sites across the North and Midlands are now recruiting for an experienced P601 Engineer to join their established team. Candidates must have a strong foundation of technical knowledge, able to work across industrial extract systems and fume cupboards, carrying out annual testing and general service/ maintenance works. Our client has excellent staff and customer retention, and they are looking to pay competitively in order to attract the right candidate. Paid door to door travel, company van with personal use, quarterly bonus and other good benefits available.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P601 is essential to the role.
" Hands on experience working for a reputable provider of LEV services.
" Experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Well versed in HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines.
" Excellent IT skills, able to provide clients site specific reports.
" Good organisational skills, prioritising workload in line with company and client needs.
The Role:
" Attending Industrial, Food & Beverage and Waste Recycling sites.
" Carrying out the testing of LEV systems in line with HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines.
" Producing detailed service reports and submitting to clients.
" Training and mentoring other Engineers.
" Testing dust, fume, oil mist and fume cupboards.
" General service and maintenance tasks to include fan, filter and bearing changes.
" Working in line with client requirements and specifications.
" Carrying out risk assessments on site, ensuring to fix any issues in a timely manner.
