Your role
Control and monitor the daily work activity on the IT system
Allocate and deliver services to agreed business priorities in the most cost effective way
Monitor incoming work raised by the service centre
Update IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and reported
Liaise with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified timeframes
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Follow up on enquires and complaints
What We Need from You.
Good level of education. To be competent in all aspects of administration tasks and have good organisational skills Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time). Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access). Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills. Experience gained within a social housing environment is advantageous.
