We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Property Lawyer to join our clients legal team in SY2. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, from the initial instruction to post-completion, ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.

* Conduct property searches, draft and review contracts, and provide legal advice to clients regarding property laws and regulations.

* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate the timely progression of transactions.

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in property transactions.

* Negotiate terms and resolve any disputes that may arise during the transaction process.

* Prepare and submit required documentation to the Land Registry and HMRC.

* Handle client queries and provide regular updates on the progress of their transactions.

* Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with experience in residential property law.

* Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.

* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in case management systems and legal research tools.

Benefits:
