Residential Manager – Full-Time, Permanent
Cheltenham
Up to £45,000 (dependent on experience and progression)

Are you ready for a meaningful new role where your leadership can make a real difference? We’re looking for a dedicated and inspiring Residential Manager to join our team supporting young adults with complex physical and learning disabilities.

In this full-time position, you’ll lead a committed care and support team, ensuring each individual receives high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and a fulfilling lifestyle.

What you’ll do:

Lead and support a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding residential care

Create a safe, homely environment where residents can thrive socially, emotionally, and physically

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies

Oversee care plans, manage rotas, and ensure compliance with internal policies and CQC standards

Build positive relationships with residents and their families

Champion continuous improvement and staff development

About you:

Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)

Strong team leadership and communication skills

Experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities and behaviours that challenge

Passionate about empowering young people to live life to the fullest

Hours:

Core hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

One early shift (from 7am) and one late shift (until 10pm) per week

Occasional weekend work (approx. once every 10 weeks during term transitions)
