Are you an experienced professional in control panel assembly and production supervision? We have an exciting opportunity with a leading organization in the electrical manufacturing sector, looking for a Control Panel Workshop Supervisor to lead a small, dedicated production team.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day operations within the workshop, supervising a team of 3-6 wiremen.

* Manage production schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time.

* Maintain an organized and safe workshop environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

* Liaise with management and various departments to meet project requirements and deadlines.

* Ensure all production documentation is accurate, including test certificates and photos.

* Conduct quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

* Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

* Experience in control panel assembly or a similar production environment.

* Excellent communication and time management skills.

* Proficiency in prioritizing and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

* Familiarity with health and safety standards, ideally within an ISO 9001 framework.
