Gas/Mechanical Engineer

Salary - £45,000 (Neg D.O.E)

We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity with our client for a Gas/Mechanical Engineer to join their Kent-based team. If you have experience in both commercial and domestic heating systems and are looking for a role that offers career progression and a comprehensive benefits package, this could be the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems and appliances.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to minimize disruptions at client sites.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on all projects.
Maintain accurate service documentation, including safety certificates and service reports.
Provide excellent customer service, building strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For:

Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, etc.).
Experience in a similar role within Facilities Management (FM), servicing a variety of commercial sites.
Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and commercial gas systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Full UK driving license.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
