Private Client Legal Assistant/ Paralegal
Due to expansion our client a modern forward thinking law firm, are recruiting for an experienced Private Client Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their busy Private Client Team.
As a Private Client Legal Assistant / Paralegal you will provide administrative support to one or more lawyers.
The Role
* Provide administration support to one or more lawyers
* Opening and closing files
* Diary management, preparing lawyers for external meetings
* Carry out money laundering and ID checks
* Drafting of Wills, LPA’s, Estate Accounts
* Witnessing wills
* Liaise with Clients, Solicitors , Barristers Chambers
* Attend client meetings
* Preparing conference room
* Assist with preparation of invoices
* Taking credit card payments
* Booking events, training etc
The Candidate
* You will possess recent Private Client Experience
* Experience with all Microsoft Office packages
* The ability to work to tight deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communications skills and a team player
