Description:
The Data Entry officer will provide operational support for the completion of data migration template workbooks for all curriculum related data. Course information defines a programme of study in terms of admission criteria, academic content and requirements, financial costs, employment and future study opportunities.
The postholder will work closely with Faculties and central services, to collect and store course information within the data migration templates to provide accurate outputs for upload to the new curriculum management platform.
Experience / Skills Required:
Excellent IT skills including experience of Office software (word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, web etc).
Experience of complex data entry and interrogating data and/or using reporting to identify any errors or omissions prior to publication.
Experience of following business processes in an information/data environment.
Experience of maintaining data in a central database setup
