Job Title: School Cleaner with Enhanced DBS
Location: Shaw, Oldham
Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday / 3.30pm – 6.30pm
Type: Long term temporary role (potential for permanent position)
 
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented School Cleaner to join our client in Shaw, Oldham. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to cleanliness, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and is able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean classrooms, offices, corridors, and other areas of the school according to school standards and safety guidelines
Empty bins, clean floors, dust surfaces, and ensure restrooms are sanitized
Follow health and safety procedures and adhere to school policies
Report any issues or maintenance needs to the site supervisorRequirements:

Enhanced DBS certificate (essential for safeguarding the students)
Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially within a school or similar setting
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
