THE ROLE – 1:1 Year 3 TA
As a 1:1 Year 3 TA, you will be working closely with a child diagnosed with ASD and believed to have learning difficulties and global delay. You will provide tailored support to help the child integrate into the classroom environment, access the curriculum, and develop both academically and socially. Your role will involve assisting with daily tasks, supporting the child’s emotional well-being, and using specific strategies to support learning and behaviour. You will collaborate with the SENCo, and to ensure the child’s individual needs are met. This is a full-time role, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
