Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Recruitment Officer in Hackney. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

Responsible for all the recruitment processes across all of Children and Families service.
Variety of tasks including coordinating and overseeing all recruitment processes
Managing and supporting the development of an apprentice
Working closely with the corporate recruitment team and working closely with Heads of Service and Service Managers across the directorate to meet their recruitment needsThe candidate:

Experience working in a recruitment capacity for a local authority is essential
Experience recruiting for Children and Families is highly desirable
