We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in West London. This school support young individuals with a diverse range of learning needs - ensuring each learner has the opportunity to unlock their full potential with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care duties where required
Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
Adapt support style to meet the diverse needs of each learner
Use positive behaviour techniques to encourage learner engagement
Understand how autism can impact learning and how to overcome learning barriers Benefits:
