About the Role: Supply Teaching Assistant:

As a Supply Teaching Assistant with Teach Now, you will have the opportunity to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in a wide range of primary schools in Harrow. Your role will be dynamic and engaging, providing support to teachers and students, whether in SEN support or general classroom assistance. You’ll be placed in schools that match your preferences, ensuring that you enjoy a positive, rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities: As a Supply TA, you will:
• Assist teachers in the classroom to ensure effective learning and support for students.• Provide one-on-one or small group support for children with additional needs, including SEN.• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment by helping students engage with the curriculum.• Support classroom management and help maintain a safe and nurturing environment.• Encourage student participation and contribute to the overall success of the lesson.

Application Requirements: Supply TA:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
