Mechanical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in commercial projects, including plumbing, heating, HVAC, and ductwork. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and possess the necessary skills to lead a team effectively.

Mechanical Supervisor Responsibilities:

* Oversee all mechanical installations and maintenance tasks in commercial settings as a Mechanical Supervisor.

* Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure all work aligns with specifications and standards under the Mechanical Supervisor's guidance.

* Manage a team of technicians, providing support and direction to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols as a Mechanical Supervisor.

* Conduct regular site inspections and audits, addressing any issues that arise during the course of work as the Mechanical Supervisor.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours, ensuring compliance as a Mechanical Supervisor.

* Ensure that all mechanical systems, including plumbing, heating, HVAC, and ductwork, comply with local regulations and codes under the oversight of the Mechanical Supervisor.

* Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the mechanical field as a Mechanical Supervisor.

Mechanical Supervisor Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in commercial mechanical projects.

* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including plumbing, heating, HVAC, and ductwork.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification.

* Minimum of a GOLD CSCS card.
