Customer Supply Lead
Location: Central London
As a Customer Supply Lead, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer/key retailer satisfaction by managing supply chain relationships, driving performance, and leading process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Deliver outstanding service across all supply functions.
Support customer supply chain goals and foster collaboration.
Maintain regular, transparent communication with customers.
Lead regular performance reviews with customers.
Drive cost-efficiency and operational improvements.
Collaborate with commercial teams on forecasting.
Identify risks, trends, and opportunities to enhance performance.
Align customer demand forecasts with internal insights.
Support range changes, innovation, and promotional planning.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who can hit the ground running with:
Experience in FMCG supply chain, customer management, demand/supply planning, or a customer-facing role.
A collaborative mindset to build relationships across teams.
Analytical skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
Confidence to challenge the status quo and find creative solutions.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Strong Excel skills; SAP is a plus.
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2 times a week in Central London.
The salary bracket for this role is £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus and excellent benefits.
