Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate and collaborate.
Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
Establish clear classroom routines and implement effective behavior management strategies to support a focused learning environment.
Work closely with fellow teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure each student’s individual needs are met.
Integrate technology into lessons to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for the future.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with educational trends.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Experience in differentiating lessons to accommodate various learning abilities
Passionate about creating a dynamic learning environment that fosters student growth and development
Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to the school community
