About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised HR Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, and compliance. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their HR career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting inductions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
Prepare and process HR-related paperwork, including contracts, amendments, and employee correspondence
Support the coordination and scheduling of training programs and professional development initiatives
Maintain training records and track completion of mandatory training courses
Assist with ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and company regulations
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, audits, and other compliance-related tasks
Provide general administrative support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries
Assist with benefits administration, including managing employee queries related to compensation, leave, and benefits
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including organising meetings, managing calendars, and preparing HR-related communications
Handle confidential information in a professional manner
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in an HR administration or office administration role (preferably in HR or a related field)
Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
A solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
