Key responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone and email to address their enquiries and provide product recommendations.
Prepare and send quotations to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Collaborate with the external sales team to develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain and update customer records.
Assist with order processing and logistics coordination.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships.Requirements:
Previous experience in an internal sales role, preferably within the industrial sector.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
