Location: Battersea

Salary: £23,800 per year

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00

Friday & Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00

Bank Holidays: 08:00 - 12:00

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Estate Operative to join our clients team in Battersea. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Estate litter picking and sweeping

Cleaning of common areas, gutters, and drains

Ensuring all appliances are safe and properly switched off

Jet washing patios

Conducting health and safety checks

Refilling ponds

Performing any other yardsman duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional and responsible attitude

Proactive and diligent in performing tasks

Keen eye for detail

Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment

Good initiative and common sense

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
