Labour Hire are seeking compassionate and dedicated HOME CARE SUPPORT WORKERS to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Provides hands-on, compassionate care to elderly, disabled, or vulnerable individuals, ensuring dignity, safety and independence.

* Assist with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.

* Monitor health and well-being, including medication assistance (qualified to assist) and report any changes in condition

* Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in activities to enhance their quality of life.

* Maintain accurate records of care activities, and collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed.

* Ensure adherence to Care Inspectorate standards and follow all health, safety and safeguarding guidelines

* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay aligned with current care standards and practices.

* Key skills include compassion, patience, communication, and adaptability in diverse care providing situations.

About you:

* You will be Compassionate, patient, have effective communication, and adaptability in various care settings.

* Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent preferred

* Experience in care preferred

* Must Drive & have access to own transport
