Overview
Temple Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site in Bishop's Cleeve.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. This role is essential in supporting various construction activities and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials on-site.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by clearing debris and waste.
- Support Bricklaying subcontractor on site
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time..
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card is essential.
- Previous experience in a labouring role is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a construction environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and lifting.
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues promptly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
