Job description

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate the 360° Material Handler efficiently.

* Load and unload vehicles, containers, and boxes.

* Sort materials into bays and stockpiles.

* Feed the shear using the handler for efficient material processing.

* Adhere to all health and safety protocols and site regulations.

* Follow a schedule of work and complete tasks on time.

* Help maintain a tidy and organised yard.

Essential Requirements:

* 360° Machine Licence.

* Experience with grabs, magnets, and sorting scrap metal.

* Strong knowledge of metal recycling.

* Punctual and reliable.

* A flexible, proactive approach to work.

* A willingness to learn and improve.

* A positive and driven attitude.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Desirable Experience:

* A UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

* Experience with a shear is desirable.
