Key Responsibilities:

* Perform comprehensive asbestos surveys in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

* Collect samples for analysis and carry out asbestos testing.

* Deliver precise and thorough reports detailing survey findings.

* Provide expert advice on asbestos management and safe removal procedures.

* Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

* Certification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 equivalent).

* Strong understanding of current asbestos regulations and industry best practices.

* Demonstrated experience conducting detailed asbestos surveys and assessments.

* Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

* Effective communication and report-writing capabilities.

* Full UK driver’s license.
