Who requires a Senior Building Services Manager?

We are working with a Main Contractor who work on a huge variety of different projects in different sectors but specifically this role will be working on hospitals, energy centres and large industrial type schemes. A business that has always had a good reputation in the market for the past 40 years. An opportunity to work alongside the Head of Building Services and to grow the team together. With the company having a good pipeline of work, this has forced them into reaching out to the market to find a suitable option for a Senior M&E Manager.

Role and reason for the Senior Building Services Manager?

The pipeline of work that the business has been awarded is very solid and will need the correct people to join the business to go on to deliver these schemes. This particular candidate will be managing design, delivery, commissioning and the handover process of all aspects of Building Services in a construction environment. Working very closely with pre-construction and commercial teams and will be a very client facing role in terms of regularly hosting meetings for clients and sub-contractors. The candidate would still need to have a good appreciation with being commercially aware from a services point of view. This opportunity is huge for the correct person, due to the opportunity to eventually run the division as that is the plan set in place by the Head of Building Services.

A salary of £80,000 to £90,000 plus package is on offer for the selected individual, and a number of additional benefits that this company offers.
