CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with an award winning, fast paced, Portsmouth based business, to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Working closely with the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and the wider finance team, you will be an important addition to the team, where you will support the processing of high-volume purchase ledger invoices, staff expenses and assist with sales ledger as required.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
Match and process high volume invoices, ensuring accuracy.
Reconcile supplier statements, requesting copy invoices as required.
Support the weekly payment run.
Staff expenses and credit card reconciliations.
Raising of sales ledger invoices.
