We’re working with a highly respected and growing tax advisory firm in Solihull that is looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to play a key role in their Corporate Tax Advisory practice. This is an exciting opportunity to take on complex advisory work, mentor junior staff, and develop your professional profile within a firm that values expertise, teamwork, and innovation.

The Role

As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will:

Lead advisory assignments, including company reconstructions, M&A transactions, share schemes, and venture capital schemes

Act as the go-to expert for technical tax queries from clients and colleagues

Manage and mentor junior team members, helping develop technical expertise across the firm

Work closely with directors on business development, identifying opportunities to expand client services

Build a strong professional network and develop your personal brand as a recognised specialist

Drive continuous improvement in the firm's corporate tax processes and service delivery

What We’re Looking For

CTA-qualified (or equivalent, such as ICAS Tax qualification)

Significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax advisory

Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software

A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to professional development
