Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Epsom
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 7 - 4
Overtime: Abundant opportunities available
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Engineer with an electrical bias to join a prestigious site in Epsom at a globally recognised firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who is eager to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of building systems, with a strong emphasis on pumps and other mechanical equipment.
* Work across a large, state-of-the-art facility, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of essential systems.
* Participate in a shift pattern that covers a broad range of hours, ensuring site coverage and operational efficiency.
* Be available for call-outs on a 1 in 8 rotation, with attractive call-out rates.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Must possess a 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
* Level 3 electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, HND, BEng, BSc)
* Extensive experience in electro-mechanical building systems, particularly in the maintenance and operation of pumps and similar equipment.
* Ability to hit the ground running and work independently in a complex, large-scale environment.
* Working knowledge of electrical building systems.
* MUST have experience in the built environmrnt
