Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (Full Time, Long Term)
Location: Bristol

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team in Bristol for a full-time, long-term position. This is an exciting opportunity to support young children’s development in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5, in line with the EYFS framework.

* Support children’s learning and development through stimulating activities and play.

* Monitor and record progress, ensuring all children’s individual needs are met.

* Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

* Support children with additional needs, fostering their independence and development.

* Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of the children at all times.

* Help with the planning and organization of daily activities to encourage learning in line with children’s interests.

Requirements:

* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).

* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

* A passion for working with children and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

* Ability to build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

* An understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
