Automotive Repair Systems Ltd is one of the largest independent Mobile SMART Repair companies in the UK with over 150 mobile technicians providing SMART Repair Services to our rapidly growing customer base, we are now hiring additional Mobile Paint and Alloy Wheel SMART Repair Technicians in the Midlands.
The successful candidate(s) will provide Mobile SMART Paint Repair services to our Insurance and Trade customers within Birmingham , Coventry and surrounding areas, thus offering excellent earning potential. The successful Mobile Paint SMART Repair Technician should have a valid UK driving licence, be physically fit, well presented, friendly, customer focussed and most importantly work to a high standard!
Successful applicants should expect to work Monday to Friday 8-5.30pm .
Additional requirements are as follows:-
• A self motivated individual and able to work on their own initiative
• Preferably, a minimum of 3-4 years paint experience (Preferably ATA/IMI/QAA and working to PAS 125 formats)
• Able to paint a min of 2 vertical panels and blend
• Has great attention to detail
• Has been customer facing in former roles
• Basic Maths and English required
• Prepared to travel on a daily basis
• Able to be flexible with hours on occasions as our customers require
• Great time keeper
All applicants would be expected to undertake a paint assessment before any offer is made (we will reimburse any fuel or travel expenses you incur), and following this, if successful, further training could be given to understand our procedures and processes and also upskill where appropriate.
