About the role:

KS1 TA: An exciting opportunity is available for a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Enfield. This part-time, ongoing role, starting in February 2025, focuses on providing booster and intervention support to children who need extra help with their learning. You will work closely with teachers to support students in small groups or one-on-one sessions.

Application Requirements:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential.

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Enhanced DBS check required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the teacher in delivering lessons and assisting children in small groups or one-to-one.

• Provide booster and intervention support for children needing extra help.

• Encourage positive behaviour and create a nurturing learning environment.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
